It looks as though these were taken in Park Guell (Gaudi's park).
If it is by that park, that place must eat cameras. I lost mine at a bench around that park around the same time.
Ya i think you are right about it being taken in Park Guell (Gaudi's park). I was there in 2005 and will never forget the way it looked.
