"Found these in a grey box in the garage (in a building with two condos in San Francisco). No one in the neighborhood recognizes them."

These look like old pictures, so, I am not surprised nobody recognizes them.

Oh- i'm dying! These are too great. Can't quite figure out what era they are from though... obviously the '70s is my best guess. Any photos taken in front of the house, maybe? License Plate or house number visible? I'm sure someone could recognize a particular block in S.F. (that is, if they were even taken in S.F.)...?
Well, i'm sendin' out good vibes, and good luck.

Oh man, I love old pictures! I hope the owner finds them--I'd hate to have my grandpa's old photos lost! D:

A ex co-worker of mine lost several pictures in that area a long time ago. Her ex-husband was in the Navy and they had a son together. Her ex actually lost her stuff. It's really sad. Here is her email: mybabysilver@hotmail.com
thanks!

Well given the time frame on these pics I would guess they could also have been taken in Vallejo, at the Mare Island Naval base. There was a lot of military housing out there too. My grandma lived there, might check with their archives?????
