I wonder why the finder didn't simply turn it in to the Police Department?
This is in Cabo san lucas, Baja Mexico.
I was recently there. This is near a beach called Lovers beach
If the police department is as crooked as the one in my town, the owner has a better chance of getting it back from another country than them!
I'm an employee at the police department it was on the side of the building where most employees park, but no one recognized the people in the pictures. I figured this was as good of a place of any to find the owner
This is definitely Cabo!
