"I was given a Sony digital camera that someone found in Victoria, BC Canada in summer of 2004. I have since given the camera away to a child wanting to learn photography (its really old school by todays standards), but I have the memory stick with all the original owner's pictures. It has about 200 pictures taken in Banff and Jasper Parks. My guess is that they (the owner's of the pictures) are from Germany."

I'm sure the owners of the memory stick won't mind at all that you gave away their camera.
after 4 years, I'm impressed they still have the memory stick with the pictures on it!
this photo appears to be taken at Emerald Lake, Yoho National Pk (which is adjacent to BNP).
