"Found a Canon G9 camera and full memory card at the Grand Canyon on Nov. 12. General sightseeing pictures with two guys in the photos. Language set in the camera menus was French, and the time set in the camera matched western Europe, so I'm guessing that at least the camera owner was French. Could that be a Univ of Michigan "M" on the yellow vest?".jpeg)

Unlikely that it's a University of Michigan 'M' -- the colors are wrong. I'm sure anything with U of M would be maize and blue, not yellow on yellow.
