"We found an Olympus Digital 800 while hiking near Keswick in the English Lake District. It was starting to rain so we picked it up and unfortunately never got around to leaving it with local authorities. The first pictures on the xD card are from February 2009 and were taken in Cadiz, Spain. The last picture was taken in the Lake District on July 18 around 11 am. We probably found it the same day.

We’re back in the United States now, but I’ll be happy to return the camera to the owner."

"Hi there! I’ve been a subscriber to this blog for a while now. On a trip to the UK last week, I stumbled upon an orphaned SD card & this blog immediately shot into my mind.

Here are some details:

Location:
Bottom of the Egyptian Escalator
Harod’s Shopping Mall
London, England

Date & Time
01 August 2008
approx. 13:30

SD Card
Canon SD Memory Card
SDC-32M

Also.. the photos were taken on July 9th & July 12th. The SD card was found in a plastic case."

"I’m quite interested in finding the owner of these photos. Thank you for creating such an amazing project!"

"I'm eager to reunite a D70 with its rightful owner. The camera was left in a taxi at Lambeth North Station in London, England on or around June 10 2008.

The CF card also contains images taken in Washington and the Caribbean and a series of images taken during a prom night celebration.

Anything you can do to help identify the owner would be greatly appreciated. The identifiers I need are the type of lens on the camera, the Caribbean holiday location and the camera serial number (optional but useful)."
