"I found a camera on March 31 on my walk to work in Washington DC, around 8:30 a.m. The camera was laying in the street, in the intersection at 15th and Rhode Island, NW. The photos are obviously from tourists, so I called two of the nearby hotels. I had one person respond, but described another camera and other photos. I also posted something on Craigslist, but didn't get any matches."

"On Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010, between about 4:30 and 5:00 p.m, I found a Fuji digital camera near the Washington Monument, on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The camera had multiple images featuring the pictured young woman in a variety of locations around the world. I would love to see that this camera gets back to the owner, who I believe is the pictured woman, and who, in one image is wearing a stick-on name tag bearing the name "Anna" on the right side of her chest."

"Found the camera by the FDR Memorial, and brought the camera to the US Park Police. Hope these young women can get their camera soon!"

"I found a camera during Obama's Inauguration "We Are One" concert. The camera was found on the East Side of the Washington Monument. I've tried reaching out to the National Park Service, and to Kodak to no avail. 'm hoping you can help. It looks like a honeymoon, and someone's 100th birthday.

The camera is a Kodak Easyshare C875 with a 2 GB card."

"I found this card at the entrance to the National Archives in DC yesterday. The metadata on the card shows it's from a Canon Powershot A80 with images dated between 7/15/08 and 9/905. It's a 2GB Extreme III card."
