All pictures are time stamped from the end of 2005.
Nice wedding, college football and golf. The game pictured is an Ohio State Buckeyes game of some sort. Did some digging online and found out the camera is a Sony CyberShot U. It had a 128 MB Memory Stick in it.

i once left the book "the god of small things" on a greyhound bus headed to cincinnati. my bookmarker was my favorite photo of my mom when she was a bridesmaid in my aunts wedding.

i have pretty much decided it's lost and gone forever... but this makes me feel like maybe someone might have found it.

They look like they're having fun.... I hope their team won, at least, to balance out the pain of losing the film. :)

Indeed a great idea for a site! I am a librarian and we often find photos inside the books (and on the photcopier also). Even when we leave the pictures in very plain site, they often do not get reclaimed. Once, though I recognized a library patron and he was happy to have his old family photos back. Thanks for Found Cameras and Orphan Pictures!

Maybe I will find some of the old cameras and film rolls I have lost over the years. You never know when someone with your pics may find this site and post them. I will keep checking back for the pictures that I even forgot I took.

Looks like someone from Miami University might own the camera. Ohio tags on the car and a Miami (of Ohio) window sticker. Miami was OSU's opening game in 2005.

I'm pretty sure the guy in the middle is my ex, Craig. If we were still on speaking terms I'd tell him about this. I'm sure he'd love to have that roll of film back.

i agree that they look like miami guys. i didn't notice the sticker (good eye!) but 2 of the 3 have miami hats on, and they definitely look like miami guys (people from ohio know what i'm talking about)

Trust me when I say they're Canadian. I dated the one in the middle for a looong time. His name is Craig. They're from Toronto. Don't let the surroundings fool you...

regardless of how bad a breakup, you should let him know about this site.

I gotta agree letting the guy know would be awesome, but maybe just sending an e-mail to a mutual aquaintance with "Hey this is a cool blog" would work? Don't even have to say you recognized him.

How random would "Hey dude, the internet called and they found your camera" be? :D It could be the first great success for the blog!

PS Sorry for the lousy break, thats can be rough.

"amused Canadian"

I took your advice, I sent a mutual friend a link, they're going to let him know. I'm sure he'll be grateful to have his memories back, I know I would.

;)

I am sure they are Canadian. I think the guy in the middle is Craig. I think I've seen the guy on another Canadian Web Site.
