In late November or early December 2009, I found an SD card in a parking lot at the Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place in Toronto. From the files and folders present on the card, one of these guys is named "Matt". They speak French, and are probably from Montreal, QC, Canada.

- March 9, 2009 they left from "Pearson International Airport" in Toronto, ON, Canada, and flew to "Juan Santamaria International Airport" in Alajuela, about 20 km from San Jose, Costa Rica. Flew out of Juan Santamaria on a small "Sansa Regional" / "Taca Regional" plane, had a stopover at "Tamarindo Airport", and arrived at "Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport" in Liberia, Costa Rica. From there, they went to the nearby "Ocotal Beach Resort & Marina" in Playa Del Coco, and stayed in suite 301.

During their stay they went scuba diving at the resort, took a hiking trip at the "La Fortuna Waterfall" near Arenal Volcano, rode donkeys, went on the "Rio Negro Tubing Adventure" by "Hacienda Guachipelin Tours". The last images were taken on March 18, 2009, so they were probably there for a week and a half or two.

I have emailed both airline and the resort with my personal contact info, not asking for their information, but to pass mine on to them, if possible. I have not received any reply. I tried again using Google Translate, but again no reply.

I recently found your site, and thought I'd give it a try. I'll happily return the SD card to them, if anyone can figure out who they are.

"We found this camera in Toronto, north of the Danforth and east of Greenwood. We found this camera a few months ago and was told of this website just recently. We hope it works and we hope the camera is returned."

"I found this camera on Saturday May 23, in a taxi traveling east on Bloor St, just outside of Lee's Palace at about 2:30 a.m.

The camera is a Canon PowerShot and contained a 2GB memory card. There are about 350 pictures on the camera."

"On Jan. 3, I rode the Greyhound bus from New York City to Toronto. On the very back seat, after lifting up its cushion to see why the seat was wet, I discovered an iPod 30GB with a number of photos on it.

The iPod was named "RaEmilLz IP", and some of the pictures in it were from "Ro's camera". It looks like you took a trip in March 2008 to Canada, visiting Toronto and Montreal. You took a lot of pictures at the Montreal Biodome.

If you can identify the serial number and colour of the iPod, or send some pictures of yourself that prove you're the people in the photos, I'd be more than happy to give you back your iPod."

"I found a camera a few months ago in downtown Toronto, around University and College. It was lying in the middle of the street."

"There are over a hundred pictures on the memory card. Hopefully this person or someone they know stumbles upon them!! I know how much it sucks to lose a camera."

All pictures are time stamped from the end of 2005.
Nice wedding, college football and golf. The game pictured is an Ohio State Buckeyes game of some sort. Did some digging online and found out the camera is a Sony CyberShot U. It had a 128 MB Memory Stick in it.
