"I found a camera on March 31 on my walk to work in Washington DC, around 8:30 a.m. The camera was laying in the street, in the intersection at 15th and Rhode Island, NW. The photos are obviously from tourists, so I called two of the nearby hotels. I had one person respond, but described another camera and other photos. I also posted something on Craigslist, but didn't get any matches."

That looks a lot like Colonial Williamsburg.
It is Colonial Williamsburg. We have a picture at the same spot!
