I didn't find a lost camera, but I did stumble upon this couple moments after their proposal beneath the gateway arch in St. Louis. I was on assignment, and offered to shoot the couple for free. For whatever reason, we lost contact with each other. These photos are theirs if they want them.

Thanks,

Geoff

"I found this camera in The Sheraton Hotel, Festival Square, Edinburgh in April 2010. The majority of pictures are of landscapes, buildings and scenery and appear to be in either Peru or Barcelona. It is hard to tell who the camera belongs to as the pictures vary from what looks like a man and his daughter to a group or around 7 travellers hiking."

"On a recent dive trip in the Maldives, I found a point-and-shoot camera -- in an underwater housing -- sitting on the reef wall at Rashdoo Madivaru dive site in Ari Atoll. The camera was found on March 25.

If the people in these photos look familiar, tell them that the camera has been found. If the owner can be verified by citing the model of the camera and some of the other photos, then it can be returned."

"I found a Nikon Coolpix S51 camera Saturday, March 27, 2010 in the evening at Downtown Disney at Disneyland. I found it on the cement seating near Jamba Juice (it was in the plants). There are over 600 pictures that were on the 2 GB memory card of the camera. The attached pictures best show what the family looks like from their recent trip to Disneyland."

"Found an old Memory card. No idea where it came from. Has mainly pictures of high school or college students. About 300 pictures total. Hope someone can reunite with these photos."

"I heard about this website when Frank came through Mansfield, PA with PostSecret.

My dad found the SD card in the local Walmart parking lot and I immediately looked your site up. I found pictures of a person graduating from the local university, so I'm also putting some of these pictures on my Facebook since I'm friends with some people from the university. They may be able to help locate the family.
I'm sure this SD card is important to someone, somewhere.. and I would like to get it back to them ASAP."

"Olympus Stylus 850 SW - Silver with soft case found in Colorado, in the Colorado River at the end of July 2009. Pictures on the memory card include Hawaii, Prosper, Texas, Colorado... Camera still works, pictures still on card... I'm guessing someone is bumming about losing these pictures. Contact me with details, or a photo of you that matches who's on the camera."

"I found a waterlogged cell phone on a beach in Key West on March 12, 2010. It was at a hotel right down the street from the Southernmost Point in the continental United States – near Ernest Hemingway’s home. I noticed the cell phone had a chip, so I took it home and decided to soak the chip and carefully clean it, as recommended on a few web sites. I plugged it into my computer with an adapter and, lo and behold, everything came up just fine.

I have the chip and it’s pretty clean, so you could probably use it again. I hope you don’t mind, but I copied the music on the chip (Heart, Zappa, Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd). Seems we have similar musical tastes.

I would love to forward it back to its rightful owner. Just let me know and I’ll drop it in the mail. Of course, no charge – but if we ever get together, you can certainly buy me a few margaritas."

"Found:
April 10, 2010
Between 2 and 3:30 pm
at the Azalea Gardens at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

There are pictures from before Christmas time and include many baby pictures and memories, I'm sure they're missing."
