"I found a memory card on the 31.7.2009 at the Elephants Seals beach near San Simeon in the central California coast. The card is a SanDisk 4 GB Compact Flash (CF) memory card and contains 846 pictures of a family trip in Los Angeles and others regions (probably all in California).

I live in Switzerland and I found this card during my wonderful holidays in California this sommer. [sic]"

Yes I did get my memory card back. Ms. Yang returned it to my office; unfortunately, she left before the receptionist could page me so I never even got to thank her in person.

Truth be told, I've been gone so much or else responding to various crises at work, I haven't even downloaded the pictures yet.

Thanks again for being the link between finder and loser (so to speak).

"I found a canon powershot digital elph in a taxi cab with pictures taken around September 5th in New York City. Pictures and video taken at The Top of the Rock, Pastis, Times Square, Grand Central Station. Majority are of three guys (possibly Australian or British--couldn't quite make out the accent from videos). One guys wears a superman cap in most photos."

"SD Memory Card found on 26-Sep-2009 under a bench at the base of Pilgrim's Monument, Provincetown, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Photos appear to be from a prom and/or a wedding, and they appear to have been taken by a Canon and/or a Panasonic camera."

"I found an SD flash card in Talkeetna, Alaska in September 2004. It appears the couple had taken an Alaskan cruise on the Carnival ship "Spirit." The pictures were taken during Aug. 10, 2004 - Aug. 17, 2004. Some pictures taken in Sitka and Ketchikan, Alaska."

"We found a lost camera in the Upper Barracka Gardens, Valletta, Malta on Friday 21st August.

We searched for about an hour around Valletta to trace the owner which appears to be the blonde teenage girl in the pictures. We really hope that she or someone sees them on your website."

"Friends of mine found an Olympus FE-110 camera the 17th of August in the centre of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The camera was found at the Begijnhof near the historic museum. I have tried to track the owners via the tourist bureau and the nearest police station, but no luck. The camera has 35 pictures and 7 short movies on the memory card."

Subject: Mother, Baby and Doctor - Orphan Photo

Hello, I only found this one picture with no camera, but I felt it would be pretty important to it's owner and hopefully be returned.

I was walking in a Rhode Island state park near my house, along a path in the woods. I found this picture with my friend. Along with it was a nice bouquet of flowers and a pink rose. They were somewhat wilted at the time we found it

Thank You!

Hi

Found this picture in 2006 along a tunnel wall in Turcot Yards in Montreal. Even posted it on my blog but never got an answer.

"A Sandisk, 2GB memory card was found in an otherwise empty Optex camera case near a Tim Hortons in Penticton, British Columbia, on July 28, 2009.

There are just over a 1000 photo's on it of what looks like a number of students on a trip to Japan with some pictures of Red Deer, Saskatchawan thrown in the mix."

"Found Olympus U730 all-weather silver/grey camera - 7.6 CM LCD, 7.1 megapixel in a black case marked Rapida/Tucano.

The camera was found August 23, 2009 at 4:00 pm on the I-90 outside a rest stop (Hardees) just east of Garry, Indiana.

The camera has been driven over, but battery works, and it had a 1GB picture card in it with 100's of pictures of Britain, and the University of Massachusetts."
